Counselling & Psychotherapy Students can now apply for the Liam McCarthy Bachelors Scholarship in Ireland, 2018/19

Introduction

The PCI College is offering the Liam McCarthy Bachelors Scholarship to students wishing to pursue a career in the field of Counselling & Psychotherapy. The PCI College was founded and established in 1991.

The Liam McCarthy Bachelors Scholarship covers the full tuition fees of its beneficiaries throughout the period of their degree program. The Liam McCarthy Bachelors Scholarship is available to pursue a Bachelors Degree Program in Ireland.

Interested applicants to this program must be proficient in the English Language and willing to commence their BSc degree studies in 2018. The number of available Liam McCarthy Bachelors Scholarships is not known and this scholarship can be taken in Ireland.

There are certain requirements which one must meet in order to be considered eligible for this program and those requirements can be seen as you read further.

If you think you deserve this scholarship award, you may as well write a 500-word letter explaining why you think you deserve the scholarship. The letter should be emailed to the institution offering the scholarship.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must ensure they are eligible for entry into a Bachelors degree program.

  • Applicants must have completed a certificate course (minimum of 100 hours)
  • Application for this scholarship must be written in English, and every course will be taught in English language only hence applicants must meet the minimum English language requirements set by the institution.
  • This student grant is open to domestic and foreign candidates who are interested in the program.

Application Procedure

For a successful application to occur, applicants must submit a copy of the following documents:

  • A 500 word recommendation letter written by someone in working class.
  • A 1000 word essay written by the scholarship applicant tilted ““Regulation of counselling and psychotherapy is essential in order to strengthen and protect the profession”.
  • A 500-word letter explaining why the applicants think they deserve the Liam McCarthy Bachelors Scholarship.
  • Applicants should fill and submit the application form alongside the documents.
