Check out the Staver Law Group scholarship, it’s worth $5,000

Master students can find scholarship opportunities easily

Master students with an interest in injury law can apply for this $5,000 grant with the Staver Law Group

After completing an undergraduate bachelor degree, many students will be eager to kick start their careers, making it difficult to return to school to earn a master’s degree. Fortunately, in the era of technology students can easy jump on board with an online masters degree and go through their program at a comfortable pace.

For a working student, not being tied up to a fixed schedule is very important and that’s why more and more people choose to opt for a distance learning degree nowadays. After graduation, most students will have to opt for employment in order to support themselves, which is why an online masters degree is a convenient solution for those who want to continue pursuing an education. You can have your cake and eat it too!

Online programs are also wonderfully varied. You can have your pick at degrees from nursing, education, information technology, engineering or business. It’s worthy to note, that technology and engineering degrees are the most desirable degrees to employers nowadays. If you are after one of these distance learning degree programs which are currently in high-demand, you should know that while not every school is going to offer all of these degrees, if you’re looking in advance, you shouldn’t have a problem finding an online program that suits you.

Having almost completely shed the stigma it once held, studying online is now recognized as an equal to traditional education – as most schools deliver the same content online as they do in the classroom. Another advantage of online education is that school tuition is more affordable compared to traditional degree programs.

Many offline and online universities have committed to making graduate study an affordable option to students. On top of that, there are many scholarships available for students of graduate programs which can help them counterbalance the costs of education.

Here’s an example. The Staver Law Group is looking to award a $5,000 scholarship to a graduate student who has a minimum GPA of 3.0. But on top of that there are other requirements.

Candidates are expected to fill out a lengthy application form which requires them to answer a few questions such as:

  • What are you planning to study and what kind of career are you planning to pursue?
  • What is your involvement in extracurricular activities or volunteer work?

On top of that you are instructed to write a 300-500-word essay in which you describe your view regarding the part injury lawyers play in helping people in need.

Students of all majors are welcome to apply for the Staver Law Group National Scholarship, but law students will definitely have an advantage here and probably have the better chances of winning this grant.

You can apply for this annual grant until December 01, 2017 and then again next year and so on.

The grant will be awarded based on academic performance, but the written essay, as well as the answers to the question found in the application will also be a big part of the scholarship committee’s decision.
