Each year, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), and Total Upstream Companies in Nigeria (TUCN): Total Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited (Total E&P Nig Ltd) and Total Upstream Nigeria Limited (TUPNI), reunite in the attempt to award scholarships to outstanding and brilliant Nigerian students in the tertiary institutions in the country.

The award aims to promote academic excellence and has been awarded successfully across the years. The current year is due and dedicated to receiving applications from Nigerian undergraduates. Now, Nigerian students have the possibility to advance their studies and hope for a better future. The scholarship program is extremely competitive bearing some admission requests which should not be dismissed. Students are advised to choose a test center close to them. To qualify for the scholarship scheme, entrants must comply with the following admission rules:

1. They must be registered as full-time undergraduates in a recognized Nigerian University.

2. They must be certified 100 or 200 level student by the time of the application.

3. They must show proof of SSCE (or an equivalent)

4. They must show proof of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations score.

5. They must show proof of Admission letter from the university and matriculation number.

Once they examine thoroughly each and every admission request and find that they are eligible to apply, they must complete the following step which is: filling the form.

Students are required to login to first and then complete the application form. The closing date for the scholarship scheme is October 31st 2017. Selections tests will hold on December 2nd 2017 at designated centers nationwide which will be communicated only to students who have been shortlisted. Interested students will fully bear the transportation costs and no reimbursement will be made.
