Brigham Young University is a private research university established in Provo, Utah, USA and represents the home of exciting opportunities, especially through its International Study Program. As an international student, you have the possibility to choose from a multitude of experiences materialized in 116 programs held in 57 countries. You have also the opportunity to create your own internship in the country of your choice. The International Study Program administered through BYU’s David K. Kennedy Center, it includes 4 options: Study Abroad, International Internships, International Field School, and Direct Enrollment.

The worth of the award is a multi-year full, one-year full and half tuition awards which will be determined on the basis of available funding as well as other qualifications of the candidates relative to one another once the applicant pool is over. Scholarships can be taken in the US.
However, before applying for the scholarship, students must have submitted their application at BYU. Unlike other universities, BYU encourages all the students to complete the online scholarship application. Students must apply for scholarships on or before the closing dates even if they did not receive a place of offer at BYU. The application for scholarship will be considered once you are admitted.
In case you consider BYU as a potential place of study and you are an international student, you must comply with the entrance requirements. If English is not your native or primary language and you are a citizen where English is not the official language, you will be required to prove English proficiency. BYU requires proof of proficiency no matter the amount of time you have spent in the US. Hence, you are required to provide your TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores.
IMOPRTANT NOTE! TOEFL, IELTS, and PTE scores are valid for two years; in case the exam expires before the closing date, a new score will be required.
