This is how you get an Australian Student Visa

In order to visit and study in Australia, it is highly important to obtain an Australian student visa. So, before picturing yourself studying at one of the most famous universities in Australia, you need to comply with some specific requirements. You have to be able to prove to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) that you can meet the following Australian student visa requirements which are:
1. The Genuine Temporary requirement
2. Financial requirements
3. English proficiency requirements
4. Health requirements
5. Character requirements
IMPORTANT!!!!!! Before applying for the student visa, you must have been accepted to study full-time in a registered course at an educational institution in Australia.
You will have to complete the Australian student visa application form, pay the fee, and most probably attend an interview.
What is the Genuine Temporary Entrant? (GTE)
The GTE requirement states that the visa applicant has to be able to demonstrate his intention to study in Australia. The following factors will be taken into consideration: the circumstances in your home country, the potential circumstances for you in Australia, your immigration history, the value of the program you have chosen for your future. It is possible that you will be required to attend an interview at your nearest Australian embassy or consulate to discuss these matters.
You will be asked to provide evidence of sufficient funds that will cover tuition, living costs, and travel. From 2016, the amount was set at $15.170 family income per year.
English proficiency requirements
The students who are not from an English – speaking country and have not completed at least five years’ study in an English-speaking country, will have to prove they can speak English. Here is a list with the accepted language tests: https://www.border.gov.au/Lega/Lega/Form/Immi-FAQs/aelt.
Some students may be asked to take a radiological/ medical check-up as a prove they are in good medical condition.
Being of good character to enter Australia is another requirement which consists of criminal record check and a penal clearance certificate. The Australian visa documents
The students must submit the following documents here https://www.border.gov.au/immiaccount after they have gathered all the required documents:
1. The completed Australian student visa application form
2. The document that proves the paid visa application fee, which is almost $420
3. While some students will be asked to provide their passports physically some will have to provide the copy of passport biodata page
4. The certificate of enrolment or letter of offer
5. English proficiency results
6. Criminal record check results
7. Evidence of sufficient funds and health insurance cover
8. Four recent passport-sized photographs
