Fully- funded Oxford Student Scholarships Reach Students from Low-income Countries

Brilliant as you are and full of dreams yet to be accomplished, you are day dreaming about walking the floors of Oxford as an undergraduate student determined to be a future leader in his area of activity. And who would not dream about being an Oxford student considering its distinctive structure and source of strength. The University of Oxford is the oldest university in the English-speaking world brining a unique air to the UK.

Even though there is no clear date of foundation, teaching existed at Oxford in 1096 and developed rapidly from 1167. Oxford is a collegiate university containing the central colleges and University. The central University is composed of research centers and departments, libraries, museums, and administrative departments. The colleges, specifically 38, are financially independent and self-governing.

Day dreaming about studying at Oxford is supported by a lot of facts especially for the newly – introduced Reach Oxford Scholarships meant for developing countries. These particular scholarships welcome brilliant students from developing countries, who for political or financial reasons were denied a place to study. An amazing thing about these scholarships is that they are fully-funded covering the university fees, a grant for living and one return air fare per year.

Before proceeding any further, it is best to check if your country is nominated among the countries eligible to participate in the scholarship program scheme. A full list of countries can be checked here: http://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/fees-and-funding/oxford-support/reach-oxford-scholarship. Once you have found your country among the participating ones, you can proceed by selecting a subject you are interested in. Planning to study Math or History of Art? You can select any subject you want to study from the following list: https://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/courses-listing?wssl=1 IMPORTANT NOTE: Medicine is not subsidized by the Oxford Student Scholarship scheme.

The scholarship will be available only for candidates who have received an offer and who are of the highest academic ability. If you are to be one among the two lucky winners who receives the Oxford scholarship, the chance to study almost for free is yours and must make the most of it.

How can you apply?
