The Digital Piano Review is a scholarship aimed at students majoring in computer science, music or a related field. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of the application. In order to be awarded the $1,000 grant students have to submit an essay between 500 and 1,000 words in length in which they aim to answer the following question: “How will Artificial Intelligence impact the music industry in the next 10 years?”. Next off, we have the Nitro College scholarship which is looking to award $5,000 to a student planning to enroll to college in the upcoming semester.

In order to enter the race, candidates must go on the NitroCollege website and complete the online application which includes a personal survey. You’ll also have to answer three short-answer questions as creatively as possible. Keep in mind that winners will be selected based on the quality and completeness of the submission, as well as the creativity displayed in the answers and the social media component.

Keep in mind that the Nitro College scholarship fund is willing to award a secondary $1,000 award to the student who referred the winner (in case it’s applicable).

You have until September 30 to send in your application, which is a week away, so if you want to take advantage of the chance of winning a $5,000 scholarship, you better go online and start working on that application. But don’t worry if you miss it, the next deadline is set for December 31, 2017.
