The University of Miami is offering Law Scholarships to International Students

The University of Miami is a private research university, an “academic home” for more than 16.000 students across the world. University’s vibrant and diverse academic community is focused on teaching and learning, on discovering new knowledge and materializing it into practice.

The University of Miami comprises 11 schools and colleges gathering undergraduate and graduate students to undertake more than 180 majors and programs. U.S News $ World Report, in 2016, ranked the university number 44 among the best national universities in the country. Its history dates back to 1925 during the most famous real estate boom engaging itself since then in $324 million in research and sponsored program expenditures annually.

Currently, The University of Miami offers scholarships for International Students willing to pursue LL.M program (Master’s of Law). Students who apply and are admitted at the university will be considered automatically for the following scholarships based on their achievements and admission credentials.

Dean’s Merit Scholarships offers a partial award to entering LL.M students with outstanding academic records as well as other qualifications for the post graduate study of law. Dean’s Scholarships will be available to LL.M. students and awarded separately at the time of admission. International Arbitration Institute Scholarship are available to students who apply and are admitted to the International Arbitration LL.M. The online application form can be found here https://lawapps.law.miami.edu/ellm/login.aspx. Application for admission and scholarships are considered on a rolling basis with a priority deadline of February 15th.

Miami Law/ Young ICCA Scholarship offer one full-tuition scholarship worth $49.500 to a brilliant Young ICCA member to attend the International Arbitration LL.M. Program. Entrants are required to engage themselves in an Essay competition. Applicants must submit a written essay of a minimum of 2000 words emphasizing recent developments in the area of international arbitration. Entrants are required to complete an online admission application and pay an admission fee of $50 by February 15th.

White & Case/Carolyn B. Lamm Scholarship awards one full-tuition scholarship to a brilliant entrant to attend the White & Case International Arbitration LL.M. Program. It is not necessary that students submit an online application being automatically considered for it.
