The eligibility criteria for the Mark Bonin Memorial Scholarship are as it follows:

1. Entrants must be residents of one of the following South California counties: Kern, Imperial, LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, or Santa Barbara.
